We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to make a return, we offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all purchases, provided the toy has not been played with and it is in its original packaging. Please bring your receipt.

• If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account.
• If you paid by check, we'll issue a refund after 10 business days
• If you paid with cash, we'll give you a cash refund.

Without a receipt, we will issue a store credit.
We're sorry but final sale items are not returnable.

RETURNING A GIFT
We know that sometimes children receive a duplicate gift or a toy that is not age appropriate, and we want to make those returns easy too! When returning a gift to Learning Express without a receipt, we will issue you a merchandise credit that can be used any time.  Merchandise credits do not expire.
